Submission of basic land information
Please provide key details about your land, including its location, proof of ownership, geographic data, and land use history over the past 10 years. The complete list of required information is available in the “Landowner Consultation Form” below.
Agreement and land evaluation report
Based on the submitted information, we will conduct an initial land evaluation. Additional details may be requested to complete the report. At this stage, an investigative fee and the signing of an evaluation agreement are required.
Developer matching
For land seeking further evaluation for carbon credit viability, we will match you with a suitable development team based on location and methodologiesThe team will assess feasibility, including compliance with local regulations and other critical factors.
Consultation and project confirmation
Concurrently, we will work with you to finalize the consultation agreement. Upon signing the contract, an in-depth land evaluation will commence. This phase requires your active collaboration to address specific project needs.
Final assessment and future development
We will deliver a comprehensive assessment of your land’s suitability for carbon credit generation, as outlined in the agreement. This final stage defines your land’s potential, paving th way for sustainable development and /or carbon credit issuance.
